See I am a true oatmeal girl, I will eat it prepared in many different ways, but this is by far my favorite way to eat it! It’s loaded with chewy oats, studded with chunks of apples, dried cranberries and crunchy walnuts, spiced with cinnamon, and sweetened with pure maple syrup.…and it’s the perfect way to warm up on a chilly morning! I want to also mention that I threw in some extra nutrients which you will see down below in the recipe.
This baked oatmeal recipe is filling, wholesome, and lightly sweetened. Let me not forget to mention it is packed with nutrients! I think it’s delicious as is, but feel free to serve it with an additional drizzle of pure maple syrup, should you feel so inclined.
